This is issue is not specific to Windows Azure. This is something that has been happening forever on any .NET installation. Everytime, Telerik releases a new patch or new product for the web in Bulgaria, the resources WILL NOT load in the USA until about 8 hours later if you install immediately upon release. As you said you can touch the DLLs, but it is not related to Windows Azure.
Cheers

LIVE CHAT WITH HTC SUPPORT - DOESN'T LOOK LIKE WE ARE GOING TO GET REAL MUSIC FOR RINGTONES TO OUR HTC MOZART ;-(

You are trying to download ringbones, how are you trying to do this?
Kate Mitchell: First i tried to use the music downloaded from Zune, but can;t find an option to use the music on my phone as ringtone. Next i looked on Zune for ringtones - can;t find any real music tones just joke ones and that. Then i tried to download two from chilli.com which i have used before but it said windows doesn;t support this type of file!
Georgina: Unfortunately if you wanted more ringbones on the phone they would have to be downloaded from zone
Georgina: You said you could download from zune, what happened when you downloaded from zune?
Kate Mitchell: I can download music to play on my phone no probs but can't use these a ringtone - all the ringtones on zune are just instrumental and i want real tracks
Georgina: Unfortunately if they do have to be ringtones in order for them to be used as ringtones, this is the only way of getting them on to the phone via zune
Kate Mitchell: But where are all the real music tracks for ringtones...really surprised and dissapointed you can;t get tracks on this phone...read lots of blogs and lots of people having same problem, didnt expect from windows phone
Georgina: It may be that zune do not have real tracks on there as ringtones for you to download
Kate Mitchell: yeah thats what i am saying - so by only allowing downloads from zune HTC have prevented you from having your own personalised ringtone - on a smartphone in this day and age i think thats a disgrace...been able to do it on all other phones i have had.
Kate Mitchell: why does windows not allow you to download from internet then?
Georgina: Unfortunately I do not know exactly why they have come to this decision.
Kate Mitchell: Do you know if there would be any plans to update this it seems ridiculous to me, makes me wish i'd gone for an iphone after all
Georgina: As far as we are aware they have no plans of changing this I'm afraid
Kate Mitchell: Okay thanks for filling me in
Georgina: Thank you for contacting HTC

Overall the phone is quite good but battery life is a shocker. You almost need a spare battery or two in your pocket all the time. I can't believe you can't sync Word or Excel files between your laptop and the Mozart (it is a Windows phone right ?? - so there must be an as-yet-undiscovered way to do this). Only other problem I've had is that if the phone is turned off it won't wake and activate the alarm (as my Nokia does) - it has to be kept on all night which is a worry if the battery is only partially charged. Bit of a shame as I frequently travel and rely on my phone's alarm.
